Smart Working Since the beginning of the emergency, our entire team has been able to work smart from the relative safety of their homes. All our employees had already been equipped with the necessary tools to carry out their daily work remotely but we still moved to make it as easy as possible, encouraging the use of sharing tools to maintain contact between employees even in this particular moment . The use of smart working and supporting technologies allow us to guarantee the full operation of all company sectors both at a technical and assistance level. Customer care Attention to the needs of our customers has always been our distinctive feature. Customer Service was in the process of being reorganized but the current emergency situation led us to speed up the process of reopening our telephone assistance service earlier than planned. We know that customers need to be able to count on our rapid intervention so as not to stop their online activities and our operators are at their complete disposal , now more than ever.
